Are parties and/or gatherings allowed?

We have a no party/event policy. Please review our house rules before booking.

Are there designated eating spaces?

Yes. The kitchen has an island area that seats two, and a dining table that seats 8.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes. We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors, especially those with young kids. Please keep quiet after 10pm.

Are pets allowed?

We do not allow pets.

Where do we put the trash? Laundry? etc?

Place your garbage bags in the trash can on the side of the house. If you are staying longer than a few days and overlap on Monday, please bring your trash to the curb. Laundry can be placed in the washing machine or provided laundry baskets.

Should guests clean the dishes?

Yes. We would love it if you cleaned your dishes as you use them. You can also load the dishwasher before you check out and we will run the dishwasher upon clean up.

Where can guests park?

We have a two car driveway available for guests. Street parking is available however there are parking restrictions during winter months (Oct - April). Please follow signs.
